From 18–20 September 2026, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali invites guests and wellness enthusiasts to celebrate World Wellness Weekend with three days of thoughtfully curated experiences designed to help participants Reset, Recharge and Reconnect. Led by Dr. Jitendra Pokhriyal, Wellness Ambassador at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, the programme brings together natural wellness rituals, movement and recovery, sound healing, nourishing food, and a traditional Balinese wellness experience.

Wellness Sunday Brings Together Sound, Nourishment and Balinese Tradition 

The weekend culminates on Sunday, 20 September with Wellness Sunday, bringing together three complementary experiences: sound healing, a wellness-inspired brunch and a traditional Balinese Boreh-making experience.

The morning begins from 11AM to 12PM at the Wellness Studio with Sound Healing led by Dr. Jitendra Pokhriyal, offering guests a moment to pause and reconnect before moving into the culinary experience.

From 12:30PM to 4PM, Prego, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali’s Italian restaurant, presents a specially curated wellness brunch by Chef Michele Antonucci. Inspired by earthy brown hues, the brunch is accompanied by a wellness-inspired à la carte selection, connecting mindful nourishment with Italian culinary traditions.

The experience concludes with a Boreh Making Experience from 2PM to 3PM at Prego, presented in collaboration with Heavenly Spa by Westin™. Guests are invited to discover a traditional Balinese wellness ritual and create their own Boreh as part of the afternoon experience.
