Hosted by Ambar Ubud Bar and Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, the experience encourages a deeper connection between nature, place, and craftsmanship.

The program reflects a growing global movement toward conscious bartending—where indigenous ingredients, responsible sourcing, and thoughtful techniques shape cocktails that are both expressive and sustainable.
