This Halloween, Pullman Bali Legian Beach invites guests to experience a world where dinner takes a darker turn. On Saturday, 31 October 2026, Montage, All-Day Dining will transform into ‘The Haunted Doll’, bringing together an immersive Halloween atmosphere, a specially created buffet, face painting, and cocktails designed for the occasion.
 

Step Inside a Dollhouse of Wicked Flavours

Step into The Haunted Doll’s culinary world, where six creatively themed buffet stations bring a wicked twist to familiar favourites, from eerie seafood creations and tempting carving selections to hauntingly sweet delights.

Along the way, familiar dishes take on playful Halloween alter egos. Guests can begin with Devilled Doll Eggs, a twist on classic devilled eggs, before venturing into The Slow-Cooked Baby Octopus, featuring a slow-cooked baby octopus, or Bloody Mary Prawns, with poached king prawns served with Bloody Mary sauce. For something heartier, The Butcher’s Pork Belly pairs slow-roasted pork belly with braised red cabbage and roasted beetroot, while The Cursed Peking Duck, Devil-Glazed Pork Ribs, and Hellfire Chicken Wings bring even more character to the table.

A Sinfully Sweet Finale: Ghostly Éclairs to Valrhona Chocolate Brownies
The Halloween story continues through dessert. The Dollmaker’s Fresh Crepes are freshly prepared for guests throughout the evening, while Ghostly Éclairs, The Doll’s Red Velvet Cake, and Dark Chocolate Graveyard Brownies crafted with premium French Valrhona chocolate offer a rich, indulgent treat. For another unexpected finish, The Doll’s Crimson Crème Brûlée with candied carrots, alongside a golden chocolate fountain and seasonal fruits.

The Haunted Doll Halloween Buffet will take place on 31 October 2026 from 06.00 PM to 09.30 PM and is available at IDR 366,000++ per person. Children aged 6 to 11 years old receive 50% off, while applicable Accor Plus dining benefits are also available.

Beyond the wicked flavours, guests can embrace their mysterious side with spooky face painting and intriguing tarot reading sessions, while live acoustic music sets the mood for an evening of unexpected encounters and Halloween surprises.

From Vampire Sunrise to Witches’ Brew: A Wicked Cocktail Affair

Halloween also finds its way into the glass through a collection of five cocktails created especially for the occasion. Vampire Sunrise brings together vodka, charcoal, orange juice and grenadine, while Devil’s Margarita combines tequila with strawberry, grenadine, De Kuyper Crème de Cassis, and lime juice. Witches’ Brew creates a more colourful contrast with gin, butterfly pea water, lime juice, edible flower syrup and tonic water, while Ghostly Whisper pairs vodka with blue curaçao syrup, cranberry juice, grenadine, and lime juice lemonade. For a darker finish, Spooky Old Fashioned combines whisky, chai tea syrup and Angostura bitters. Each Halloween cocktail is available at IDR 166,000++.
