Ciputra SMG Eye Clinic (CSEC) Bali will officially open on 10 October 2025, giving people in Bali access to a treatment that until now was only available in Jakarta and Surabaya. Located inside Icon Bali Mall, the clinic is the first on the island to offer ReLEx® SMILE PRO, a next-generation LASIK procedure that corrects vision quickly and with minimal discomfort.

The clinic is part of Ciputra Healthcare’s partnership with Singapore Medical Group, which has been running eye centers in Indonesia since 2015. Bringing this service to Bali means locals and the island’s international community no longer need to travel far for advanced eye care.

At the helm is Dr. Ni Kompyang Rahayu, Sp.M(K), supported by a team of ophthalmologists with years of experience. Of course, technology is important, but at the end of the day this is about helping someone live more freely and with confidence,” she said.

That technology is what sets the clinic apart. ReLEx® SMILE PRO uses the VisuMax® 800 Femtosecond Laser, and the procedure itself takes only around eight seconds per eye.
