The weekend begins on 19 September with Eat Well, a celebration of nourishment and flavor. Guests are invited to savor wholesome desserts at Tall Trees & Tabia Restaurant during lunch and dinner, including Jackfruit Flan Pâte Brisée, Graviola Silky Rose Panna Cotta, Banana Fudge de Noir, and Mango Cheesecake, delights that combine indulgence with wellness. To complement the menu, Wellness Sips will be available at Tall Trees Poolside from 11 AM to 3 PM, offering refreshing blends such as Sayan Green Glow, Kengetan Star & Shine, Kintamani Tropical, and Beet Sensation.

On 20 September, the focus shifts to Move Well with a HYROX-inspired workout at The Farm, the resort’s open-air wellness venue. In collaboration with Fitness Plus Indonesia, this dynamic session is designed to energize both body and mind, set against the calming beauty of Ubud’s natural surroundings. The journey concludes on 21 September with Feel Well, where guests can join a calming Tai Chi session led by Sundaram Wellness at Wirya Terrace. Gentle movements and mindful breathing will set a peaceful tone for the day, while every spa booking at Heavenly Spa by Westin™ on this date will include a complimentary enhancement treatment, offering the perfect way to end the weekend refreshed and renewed.
