Meet Stephen Moore, the mastermind transforming the gelato scene. For more than 20 years, British-born Chef Stephen Moore has cooked in some of the world's best fine-dining restaurants, hotels, and resorts. His culinary career began in Perigord, France, followed by stints in Switzerland and London at the prestigious Hyde Park Hotel. Chef Stephen further honed his gastronomic skills in New Zealand and Australia, most notably at Sydney's iconic Rockpool. He also ventured overseas to work for the renowned Aman Resort in New Delhi and the 3 Michelin-star El Racó de Can Fabes in Barcelona.

NALU brings double the delight with two vibrant outlets in Bali.
