Wok Wok – Village Square at Andaz Bali is excited to unveil the next stage in it’s enticing Wok Around the World journey — Wok’s Around the World: Thai Cuisine. The third segment of the series will feature guest Chef K. Pantit Jindajitawat from the esteemed Erawan Tea Room at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok. This next installment of Thai cuisine will be offered for both lunch and dinner, from Noon to 10:00 PM.

Chef K. Pantit Jindajitawat's culinary narrative is woven with the threads of a family-run restaurant, providing him with a unique and enriching foundation. Hailing from the esteemed Erawan Tea Room at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, Chef Pantit brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for Thai cuisine. “The rich and diverse flavors of Thai cuisine have garnered a significant following, making it a culinary tradition that resonates with people from various backgrounds. 

From the aromatic and spicy dishes such as the iconic Phad Thai, Green Curry and the refreshing flavors of Som Tum, Thai food continues to be a favorite choice for both adventurous food enthusiasts and those seeking familiar, beloved dishes”, said Chef Pantit. His culinary journey has been marked by notable achievements, including a silver medal in Thai Modern Cuisine and a distinguished tenure at a Michelin- starred restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark.

With a strong skill set in food presentation and crafting new menus, Chef Pantit will showcase the diverse offerings of Thai cuisine, “among the delectable options, I highly recommend our Beef Massaman Curry, a dish that perfectly embodies our commitment to culinary innovation and delivers an outstanding Thai dining experience”, said Chef Pantit.
