Complemented by Nusa Penida's breathtaking vistas at the backdrop, a meticulously curated 3 course menu elevated the art of dining. The culinary odyssey commenced with an Amuse Bouche featuring succulent cherry tomato confit, expertly paired with Two Islands Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay. This exquisite prelude paved the way for the starter: a tantalizing Salmon Gohu, harmonized with the crisp acidity of Two Islands Riesling, igniting the palate with its nuanced flavors.
