Join us for EMBER by Fire: a special edition of the elevated Sunday brunch ritual, taking place on Sunday, 3 September 2023, from 12 PM to 3:30 PM.

Set to bring the discerning palates of diners to Balinese culture with a story of the Kecak dance, EMBER by Fire will highlight a contemporary touch on the authentic flavors of Balinese spices that collide with freshly caught seafood and high-quality meat. End the culinary journey with the sweet offerings by KOHAKU, presenting handcrafted desserts to satisfy your sweet cravings.

The menu is designed in a sequence that will take guests on a step-by-step culinary journey, elevating their dining experience by discovering an array of mouthwatering dishes. This brunch ritual serves à la carte-style dishes with cocktail and wine pairings available. The menu comprises several sections, including fresh bakery items as starters, followed by the likes of salmon carpaccio, kaffir lime-cured local tuna, and foie gras.

Tickle your taste buds with the grilled offerings featuring fresh lobster, octopus, and calamari, accompanied by some condiments including salsa verde, lemon garlic butter, and chimichurri. Following this, the signature Tomahawk steak and spicy chorizo sausage will delight your palate, all prepared and served tableside.

For a sweet finale, cleanse your palate with artisanal confectionery pieces that preserve the traditional handcrafted dessert techniques by KOHAKU. Guests can expect the best-selling dessert from Kohaku including the iconic Mont Blanc dessert and selections of the Kohakuto tasting set. In this special edition, KOHAKU will also serve their organic tea – all grown organically on a small-scale farm in Bali, on the high flank of the sacred Mount Batukaru.

The package is priced at IDR 950,000++ for the food and non-alcohol package, IDR 1,450,000++ for the cocktails play package, and IDR 2,400,000++ for the premium wine and champagne package.
