La Liste, a globally recognized dining guide was launched in Paris in December 2015, highlighting the world's finest restaurants that match with Michelin standard through a meticulous evaluation process combining scores from professional reviews, public ratings, and industry expertise. The participants among those 1000 restaurants are mostly Michelin stars.
