Following the resounding success of its takeover at The Bellwood Cave in February, YUKI Bali is set to captivate Tokyo once again with an exclusive culinary collaboration at Aoyama Grand Hotel. Throughout March 2025, The Belcomo Restaurant, located on the hotel’s fourth floor, will feature a specially curated menu crafted by the visionary team behind YUKI Bali.

From 1-31 March 2025, guests will have the opportunity to indulge in YUKI Bali’s signature fusion of Japanese flavors with Balinese influences. The exclusive menu, showcasing a meticulous selection of delicacies, will be available for both lunch and dinner.
For this exclusive residency, YUKI Bali’s Executive Chef, Yudha Permana, presents a masterfully curated menu that showcases his signature fusion of Japanese cuisine and Balinese flair. The lunch selection, available on Saturdays and Sundays, features the Truffle Tuna Tartare, a bold combination of spicy tuna tartare and truffle mayo on a crispy seaweed cracker, and the Island Sashimi, where delicate tai sea bream is aged with kelp and enhanced by a bright citrus dressing and perilla oil.

As evening falls, the dining experience elevates with a refined dinner menu available daily. Alongside the signature Truffle Tuna Tartare and Island Sashimi, guests can indulge in Hokkaido Grilled Scallops, perfectly charred and glazed with yuzu-miso sauce, then finished with homemade chili oil. The lineup is completed by the Japanese Beef Sando, a decadent creation featuring a succulent beef fillet cutlet, YUKI’s signature sauce, and cheddar cheese, served in a pillowy sandwich.
Both menus celebrate flavors, craftsmanship, and the seamless blend of two rich culinary heritages. The exclusive residency at The Belcomo Restaurant underscores YUKI Bali’s growing reputation for delivering modern Japanese cuisine with a distinctive Balinese touch.
