Journey to the flavours of Argentina 

Uma Cucina, the Italian-inspired restaurant at COMO Uma Ubud, is  thrilled to announce its collaboration with Sudestada, a renowned Argentinian restaurant in  Jakarta, at the upcoming Ubud Food Festival 2023. This exclusive event will showcase an  extraordinary family-style Argentinian feast created by Executive Chef Victor Taborda and  Pastry Chef Claudia Urbaneja on Saturday, July 1st 2023 from 6.30pm until 10.00pm. 

The collaboration between Uma Cucina and Sudestada promises an evening of culinary  excellence. Guests will have the opportunity to savour the flavour of Argentina as they indulge  in an array of mouth-watering prepared by Chef Victor. From empanadas and chorizo  Argentina to ojo bife-grilled ribeye and bife de vacio-grilled flank steak to name a few, the  menu showcases the best Argentinian cuisine. Pastry Chef Claudia Urbaneja will delight  guests with her sweet Argentinian treats, including alfajores, choco torta, and lemon pie. This  collaboration dinner is priced at IDR 750,000++ per person.
