Project : Black presents its first-ever Chef Collaboration event. It merges the bold, modern flavors of Fu House and Bangkok's underground supper club, HAAWM. This celebration of culture is set to take place on October, 17th 2024.
This one-night-only event features three acclaimed chefs. They are Chef Dylan Eitharong from HAAWM, Bangkok's underground supper club, Executive Chefs Lance Mueller and Armen Putu from Fu House, the award-winning Best Modern Asian Restaurant 2024. They will create a special takeover menu where it blends traditional Thai cooking with an innovative approach.
