For those seeking the pinnacle of gastronomic indulgence, Il Ristorante – Niko Romito unveils a magnificent seven-course Christmas Degustation. Each plate showcases the finesse of Italian culinary artistry and the precision of contemporary technique, enhanced with an optional signature wine pairing for a complete sensorial experience. The exclusive dinner is available on 24 and 25 December 2025 from 6 p.m. at IDR 5,000,000++ per person. Signature Wine Pairing is also available with an additional IDR 3,700,000++ per person.

New Year’s Eve Celebration at The Pavilion

New Year’s Day Brunch

Begin the first morning of 2026 with a lavish yet leisurely New Year’s Brunch at Sangkar Restaurant. An indulgent spread of refined comfort dishes, fresh seafood, and artisanal pastries awaits.
