The feast begins with an assortment of Balinese crackers and sambals, followed by Jukut Gedang be Pasih, a Balinese young papaya seafood soup with baby squid and white fish. For the main course, delight in King Tiger Prawns, Pesan be Pasih (mahi-mahi fish fillet wrapped in banana leaves), minced fish satay, and baby squid satay, all served with fragrant turmeric rice and seasonal Balinese sides.
