
The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali proudly hosted Flavors of Italy, an elegant dining experience celebrating the richness of Italian culinary traditions. Held on Friday, 28 November 2025 from 7 PM onwards at Tabia Restaurant, the event brought together Chef Sebastian Arnold, Executive Chef of The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali, and Chef Bruno Ferrari, Chef and Hospitality Adviser known for his deep passion for Italian heritage.
Set against the serene backdrop of Ubud’s lush jungle, Tabia Restaurant offered the perfect setting for an evening that blended authenticity, artistry, and the warm spirit of Italian dining. In line with Westin’s Eat Well philosophy, the menu was crafted with a focus on freshness, balance, and culinary integrity—celebrating flavours that nourished while still indulging the senses. Guests enjoyed a refined journey through Italy, featuring highlights such as the refreshing Insalata di Polpo, a vibrant octopus creation brightened with lemon and olive oil, and the indulgent Tagliatelle al Tartufo, enriched with black truffle for an elegant, aromatic finish. Signature dishes were elevated with curated wine pairings, enhancing each flavour and creating a harmonious dining experience.
This exclusive experience was offered at IDR 1,100,000++ per person and IDR 850,000++ for Escoffier Members, inclusive of canapés and wine pairings. More than just a dinner, Flavors of Italy invited guests to connect, savour, and celebrate the timeless beauty of Italian cuisine through the collaboration of two chefs who brought passion, precision, and storytelling to every plate.
