This year’s Independence Day festivities will be memorable thanks to an exclusive collaboration with Hatten Wine, a local Balinese wine. Guests can enjoy special wine offerings paired with the authentic Indonesian cuisine such as siomay, gado-gado, soto daging, bebek timbungan, rahang tuna bakar and even a gorengan station. The evening will be further enhanced by a captivating cultural performance, immersing guests in the rich cultural heritage of Bali.
