As we welcome September, Amici by Enrico Bartolini presents a series of extraordinary experiences that showcase the artistry of Italian gastronomy on the Island of the Gods. This month, guests are invited to indulge in exclusive private dinner, “The Enrico Bartolini Experience,” with our Michelin-starred Executive Chef Enrico Bartolini. Moreover, guests can also discover the creative cocktails of our new Head Mixologist, Dewa Buda Arsana, and enjoy the curated programmes of our new classes and collaborations.

 

An Exclusive Culinary Journey with Executive Chef Enrico Bartolini

This September, Executive Chef Enrico Bartolini, who holds an impressive 14 Michelin stars, will host a special two-day event. On Saturday, September 20 th , 2025, join us for a private “The Enrico Bartolini Experience,” where Executive Chef Bartolini will present his opulent creations during an exclusive five-course dinner paired with premium wines from Il Borro Toscana, the esteemed winery owned by the Ferragamo family. Limited to only 70 guests, the evening begins at 6:30 PM and promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime culinary journey. The five-course menu is priced at IDR 1,750,000++, with an optional wine pairing available for an additional IDR 750,000++.

 

The celebration continues on Sunday, September 21 st , 2025, with a special “Meet and Greet with Executive Chef Enrico Bartolini.” This intimate gathering is open for the public to connect with the Executive Chef Enrico Bartolini while enjoying an assortment of free-flowing canapés, wine, and cocktails for IDR 500,000++, starting at 6:30 PM until late.

 

A Refreshing New Chapter Behind the Bar

As part of this month’s highlights, we are excited to introduce our new Head Mixologist, Dewa Buda Arsana. With a vision to create cocktails that embody the spirit of Italian dining, he describes each cocktail as a story, crafted not only by its ingredients but also through the culture and techniques behind it. Among Buda’s creations, three stand out as signature must-try cocktails. For those who love the classic Negroni with a fresh twist, the Tropiconi offers a tropical reimagination of the classic cocktail, featuring pineapple and honey. Guests can also enjoy Sorrento Spritz, a refreshing take on the beloved spritz made with homemade limoncello, and White Noise, a creamy and fruity indulgence blending peach with white chocolate foam. 

 

To bring his artistry even closer, Amici by Enrico Bartolini also introduces a new Cocktail Class beginning Wednesday, September 24 th , 2025. Led by our Head Mixologist, Dewa Buda, the class offers an immersive journey into Italian aperitivo culture and bartending techniques. Available every Wednesday, each session is limited to 10 participants and includes a welcome cocktail, two creations prepared by each guest, recipe cards, and a special gift to take home. Priced at IDR 400,000++ per person, the class offers a hands-on experience steeped in Italian heritage.

 

 

September’s Finest

This month, Amici by Enrico Bartolini highlights two delightful menus. Enjoy our Dish of the Month, Sorpresa al Pistacchio, an indulgent dessert crafted with pistachio mousse, raspberry gel, crispy white chocolate, and vanilla sponge, priced at IDR 130,000++. To complement the sweet delight, our Cocktail of the Month, Cucù Mela, presents a bold yet refreshing blend of Tequila, cucumber, and apple carbonation, available for IDR 170,000++.

 

Beyond Seminyak, Amici's passion travels across the island and over with two exciting collaborations. On Friday, September 12 th , 2025, Head Mixologist Dewa Buda will host a bar takeover at Club Lounge at The Blue Door, Ubud, Bali, presenting three vodka and gin-based creations starting at 9 PM. Later, on Friday, September 26 th , 2025, Amici by Enrico Bartolini will head to Semarang for a kitchen and bar takeover at Bosa Semarang, where Head Chef Alessandro D’amico will showcase his exclusive dishes while Head Mixologist Dewa Buda curates the bar experience.

 

September also brings Amici by Enrico Bartolini into the global celebration of Negroni Week with three special creations, priced at IDR 185,000++ each. Guests can enjoy the Guaiava Americano, which blends Campari, Vodka, dry Vermouth, citrus honey, guava, sakura syrup, lemon juice, and tonic water. In addition, indulge in our Tropiconi, featuring Campari, gin, and sweet vermouth sous vide with pineapple honey. Moreover, Pioggia di Settembre is a complex creation of Campari, gin, grapes, apple shrub, carrot cordial, elderflower, and lemon.

 

To complete the experience, Amici by Enrico Bartolini now offers a curated Cigar Menu, featuring a selection of fine Cuban cigars chosen for their balance, reputation, and pairing potential with our cocktails, wines, and spirits. With five distinct options ranging from soft spicy notes to delicate floral aromas, this collection enriches the Amici experience, with prices starting from IDR 550,000++.
