As the sun dips below the horizon, Umana Bali invites guests to break their fast with an authentic Archipelago Rijsttafel, a feast that brings the rich flavors of Indonesia to the table in true family style. The experience begins with Gerang Asem, a fragrant seafood broth infused with carambola and fresh herbs, complemented by the crisp and refreshing Balinese coconut and long bean salad. The main spread is a celebration of regional specialties, featuring Sumatran wagyu beef rendang, Javanese-style braised chicken leg, and Sumbawa prawn curry, each dish slow-cooked to perfection with bold spices and aromatic herbs. The indulgence continues with grilled barramundi served with Maluku sambal, Borneo-style fish wrapped in banana leaves, and a selection of Indonesian satays, including chicken, lamb, and beef. To round out the meal, a selection of traditional desserts—including cassava in Javanese palm sugar syrup, classic banana fritters, and bubur sumsum—offers the perfect sweet finish.

The Archipelago Rijsttafel is available for IDR 1,700,000++ for two persons, exclusively at Commune Restaurant. For those who prefer to break their fast at Oliverra or through In-Villa Dining can enjoy the regular à la carte menu, available as usual.

For in-house guests observing Suhoor, Umana Bali offers a thoughtfully prepared in-villa dining experience, ensuring a nourishing start to the day in the comfort of your private villa. Available from 3 am, guests can enjoy a selection of breakfast dishes from Commune’s menu, including a choice of egg and main course, complemented by fresh yogurt, assorted nuts, dried fruits, seasonal fruit platters, fresh juices, and a selection of premium tea or coffee.
