Every Tuesday, Amici Bali presents Pizza A Modo Tuo—a celebration of personal taste, Italian tradition, and ingredient-led simplicity. Meaning “Pizza Your Way,” this weekly offering invites guests to design their own pizza from a selection of premium toppings, brought together over a handcrafted base and enjoyed with a refreshing beer or soft drink.
At the heart of each pizza is dough prepared with care and time—rested for 48 hours using a natural levitation process, finished with a refined tomato sauce and authentic mozzarella cheese. From there, guests select up to five toppings from a refined list that includes Bresaola, Stracciatella Cheese, Grilled Zucchini, Cotto Ham, Zucchini Flowers, Artichokes, Anchovies, and more.
The result is a pizza that’s entirely your own—shaped by choice, elevated by quality, and served in the relaxed yet sophisticated surroundings of Amici Bali. It’s a midweek ritual where creativity meets comfort, ideal for long lunches, casual evenings, or shared moments with friends.
Whether you lean toward vibrant vegetables, sharp cheeses, or savoury cured meats, each combination tells a story of thoughtful indulgence. The open format also makes it perfect for groups, offering an experience that’s interactive, delicious, and distinctly personal.
