Originally from France and now based in the heart of Ubud, Chef Victorien Bayet invites guests to explore a menu where classical French culinary heritage intertwines seamlessly with Balinese inspiration. Each dish is a celebration of technique, creativity, and local flavors, promising an unforgettable gastronomic journey.
Guests can choose between:
-4-stopover menu: 1 appetizer, 1 fish, 1 meat, and 1 dessert – IDR 1,000,000++
-6-stopover menu: 2 appetizers, 1 fish, 1 meat, and 2 desserts – IDR 1,400,000++
