From eight newest signature cocktails and Sicilian-inspired dishes to the beloved Cocktail Class, this month offers exciting opportunities for both gastronome and cocktail enthusiasts.
October Delights As part of this month’s culinary highlights, our Dish of the Month, Un Viaggio in Sicilia, which means “A Trip to Sicily”, is ready to take guests on a journey to the sun-kissed shores of Sicily. Featuring “Liguori” Fusilli Pasta with basil and pistachio pesto and topped with raw Carabineros prawns tartare, this menu is a poetic dish of land and sea. Priced at IDR 260,000++, it’s an ode to the heart of Southern Italy. Meanwhile, our Cocktail of the Month, Sakura Bella, is a celebration of beauty in simplicity. Crafted with Malfy Gin original, Sakura syrup, cherry, citrus, and orange bitters, this cocktail enchants with its floral and fruity notes, available at IDR 170,000++.
The Art of Italian Mixology
Every Wednesday at 7 PM, guests can join Beverage Manager Dewa Buda Arsana for a 70-minute session that dives deep into the art of Italian aperitivo culture. Limited to just 10 participants, each guest will enjoy a welcome drink, learn to craft two signature cocktails, and bring home a special gift. The experience is priced at IDR 400,000++ per person, with advance booking and deposit recommended.
In the same creative spirit, Amici by Enrico Bartolini also unveils eight new signature cocktails, each telling a unique story inspired by flavor, texture, and Italian flair. Among the highlights are Over Boundaries, a luminous blend of Japanese Whisky Washed 55% Dark Chocolate, artichoke water, cynar, cherry brine, and citrus, offering bright and bittersweet notes; Guava Mama, combining guava Vodka, citrus, cucumber gin, thyme, and sugar for a fruity and herb finish; and Bianco Tartufo, a decadent fusion of white rum washed with truffle, Italicus, vodka infused with sweet corn, orange bitters, and salt. Each is available at IDR 190,000++.
An Elevated Touch to the Pasta Class
Following the warm reception of our popular Pasta Class, this month we introduce an exciting twist: a Wine Pairing Experience. Guests will be guided through a curated tasting of three distinct wines, each offering a different perspective on how pairing can elevate, or transform, the flavors of freshly made pasta. For 30 minutes, this interactive session invites guests to taste, learn, and discover the true impact of thoughtful pairing, led by our team. Priced at IDR 250,000++ per person, this experience will enhance the culinary experience.
A Halloween Celebration, the Italian Way
To embrace the spirit of Halloween, Amici by Enrico Bartolini presents a special dish with a touch of autumn. Guests are invited to savor Ravioli di Zucca, a comforting yet refined creation of homemade pumpkin ravioli, served with amaretti crumble, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese fondue, and a finishing touch of fresh Italian black truffle. Comforting yet sophisticated, it’s priced at IDR 225,000++.
Complementing the menu are two captivating cocktails crafted exclusively for limited time. Raise a glass to the Haunted Orchard, a blend of Herradura Plata Tequila, Mancino Bianco Vermouth, clarified orchard mix, cinnamon, and aromatic bitters; and be tempted by the Bloody Lagoon, a daring concoction of Jack Daniel’s No. 7, Limo Aperitivo, cucumber pineapple–chili shrub, lime, and nutmeg. Each Halloween cocktail is priced at IDR 135,000++, and will be available exclusively throughout the spooky season. The celebration continues into the night with a vinyl DJ performance by Westside Muzeeq, setting the perfect Halloween mood from 9 PM onwards.
