Soto ayam: savory chicken soup with yellow turmeric broth, served with vermicelli, boiled egg slices, and crispy crackers
Ayam taliwang: Lombok-style grilled chicken, marinated with sweet and spicy seasonings that seep perfectly into the meat
Beef rendang: tender beef cooked for hours in coconut milk and rich spices until it becomes deeply flavorful and thick
Cah kangkung: fresh water spinach stir-fried with garlic and red chili for a perfectly balanced savory and slightly spicy flavor
Tahu tempe curry: soft tofu and tempeh cooked in coconut milk curry with aromatic spices
Sate ampet Sasak: Lombok-style chicken satay with a spicy, savory seasoning, and grilled to perfection Kerupuk udang: crispy and savory shrimp crackers
All dishes will be served on a sharing platter. Complete the culinary journey with Es Campur, a shaved ice dessert with sweet syrup, grass jelly, coconut, avocado, and fresh fruit, topped with condensed milk for a refreshing treat.
