Lidah Lokal Sanur is back with another 'Like a Local' promo, running from May to the end of July, featuring Local Hawkers. Lidah Lokal Sanur is a restaurant serving Indonesian dishes located on the lobby floor of ARTOTEL Sanur Hotel - Bali.
Like A Local, “The Local Hawkers” is a promotion of traditional Balinese food and beverages featuring luxurious flavors of spices, presented in a minimalist, rich, and appetizing look. This promo is available for the whole month of May until July 2025:
Satay Babi Bawah Pohon: Pork Satay marinated with signature Balinese spices served with ketupat, pork krupuk, and sambal.
Marlin Satay Pantai Lebih: Marinated marlin skewers with Balinese specialties. Served with ketupat, plecing kangkong, fish skin crackers, and sambal matah.
Bebek Betutu Gilimanuk: A traditional Balinese dish made from duck marinated in genep seasoning wrapped in banana leaves, cooked over low heat for several hours, and served with white rice.
For dessert, we serve Klepon Gianyar: a Balinese dish made from flour and filled with brown sugar inside.
And the drinks, we serve Balinese specialty drinks as accompaniment:
Es Bir Buleleng: Coconut water, coconut meat, lime, liquid sugar, and coconut sorbet.
Arak Lemon Sanur: Arak Bumbung, triple sec, lemon juice, and liquid sugar.
Arak Manas Bali: Arak Bumbung, pineapple juice, liquid sugar, lemon juice.
