The Puhu Restaurant at Padma Resort Ubud invites guests to embark on A Journey of Flavours, a refined evening dining experience available from 6.30 PM to 9.30 PM, where culinary storytelling comes to life through a rotating themed buffet. Set within an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, the experience is designed for guests to savour diverse flavours at their own pace while immersed in the serene surroundings of Payangan.
Each evening is thoughtfully curated to showcase distinct culinary traditions, balancing international inspiration with local heritage. Enhancing the dining experience, a graceful Balinese Joged Dance performance is presented nightly, adding an authentic cultural touch and enriching the evening ambience.
Monday – Taste of Asia
On Mondays, Taste of Asia takes guests on a journey across the continent with a curated selection of signature dishes inspired by the bold and nuanced flavours of Korea, Japan, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and China. From fragrant spices to refined techniques, the evening celebrates Asia’s diverse food cultures through carefully crafted offerings that blend tradition with contemporary flair.
Wednesday – Forest BBQ & Grill
Midweek dining transforms into a celebration of fire and flavour with Forest BBQ & Grill. This themed evening features expertly grilled selections prepared with artisanal marinades and cooking techniques inspired by the surrounding forest landscape. Subtle smoky notes and robust flavours define the menu, creating a warm and satisfying dining experience rooted in nature.
Saturday – Soul of Nusantara
Saturdays are dedicated to Soul of Nusantara, a heartfelt tribute to Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage. The menu showcases timeless Indonesian classics from across the archipelago, celebrating regional flavours, traditional recipes, and cultural diversity. This themed dinner offers an authentic taste of Nusantara, thoughtfully prepared to honour the depth and soul of Indonesian cuisine.
A Journey of Flavours is priced at IDR 498,000+ per person, applicable per themed dinner and subject to 10% government tax.
