Signature dishes includes Peking duck with hoisin and plum sauce, five-spice glazed pork short rib with honey sauce, Hong Kong-style crispy roast chicken, traditional suckling pig, a variety of Chinese specialty dishes, assorted dim sum and an indulgent array of festive desserts.
