Taking place on Monday, 16 February 2026, from 6 PM to 10 PM at Makase, this festive evening is priced at IDR 888,000++ per person, promising a culinary journey through the rich flavors of the Far East in a vibrant beachfront setting. Curated by the expert culinary team, the lavish buffet showcases an extensive selection of live stations and celebratory specialties. Highlights include the Roast of the Dragon, featuring Pork Char Siu, Roasted Peking Duck, and Roasted Cantonese Chicken, served with traditional condiments for a truly authentic experience.
