This year’s savory selections reimagine traditional favorites with timeless flair: Black Pepper Wagyu Beef with Dried Chestnut, featuring tender wagyu infused with aromatic black pepper and complemented by earthy dried chestnuts; Nyonya-Style Pork Belly Dumpling, inspired by rich Peranakan spices and succulent braised pork belly; Classic Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Roasted Duck, combining fragrant sticky rice with perfectly roasted duck for a comforting traditional experience; and Classic Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Tiger Prawn in XO Scallop Sauce, offering a luxurious blend of premium seafood flavors enhanced by savory XO scallop sauce.
For dessert lovers, Chef Alex Kuan introduces three decadent sweet creations: Golden King Durian, filled with the rich and creamy indulgence of premium durian; Fortune Mango Coconut, a tropical-inspired combination of luscious mango and fragrant coconut; and Matcha Mochi with Velvety Red Bean Paste, balancing the earthy notes of Japanese matcha with soft mochi and silky sweet red bean filling.
