Celebrating COMO Uma Ubud’s 20th Anniversary with an Exclusive Four-Course Menu
In honour of COMO Uma Ubud’s 20th anniversary, Uma Cucina is thrilled to announce a special collaboration with SIR LOIN Jakarta. This milestone event will feature a meticulously curated four-course menu, available exclusively from June 11th to 13th 2024. Each evening from 6.00pm to 11.00pm, guests will have the unique opportunity to indulge in exquisite dishes crafted by the renowned Executive Chef Andita Biantoro. This celebration not only marks two decades of exceptional hospitality and culinary excellence but also brings together the innovative flavours and techniques of two distinguished dining establishments.

In addition to celebrating this significant milestone, a portion of the profits from this event will be donated to the COMO Challenge Grant charity programme to support Yayasan Senyum Bali. This organisation works tirelessly to reduce the suffering associated with craniofacial abnormalities and improve the quality of life by facilitating the delivery of healthcare to people with craniofacial disabilities in Bali and other Indonesian islands. They achieve this in partnership with local and international healthcare professionals.

- Duo Corn: Corn Tarlette (pillow pastry, corn puree, and parmesan) and Grilled Baby Corn (baby corn and cheese sauce)
- Lobster Mac n Cheese: Baby lobster, béchamel, and double cheese
- Cheese-aged Striploin: 20 days butter parmesan aged striploin with truffle sauce
- Apple Pie: Apple, cinnamon, butter cookie crumble, covered with cotton candy
About the Chef
Chef Andita Biantoro began his culinary journey as a teenager at a tourism vocational high school. Starting from humble beginnings, he progressed from serving in hotels to working in various kitchens, including Japanese and French establishments, and even on cruise ships. Now, as the executive chef of the 1010 Group, he leads two renowned steakhouses, SIR LOIN and SILO. Driven by the constant competition and development in Indonesia’s culinary scene, Chef Andita is passionate about innovation and growth. He joined the 1010 Group due to their shared vision of elevating restaurant quality and reputation, and he appreciates their exceptional product standards. His typical day involves organizing operations, ensuring safety and quality, and handling unexpected challenges. His favourite restaurant in Jakarta is AMUZ Gourmet Restaurant, where he particularly enjoys their pan-seared foie gras.
