Karma Kandara has added a new chapter to its dining offering with the opening of Tandoori Bar & Grill - a relaxed, all-day venue rooted in genuine Indian cooking that runs two sittings under one roof, moving naturally from casual afternoon bites through to a full evening dinner service.
The day divides neatly into two distinct experiences beside Indian breakfast. From 11am to 5pm, the focus is on informal daytime dining, a dedicated light bites menu built around the kind of street-food comfort that is easy to love. Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav, Paneer Chilli and Chicken Tikka Kathi Rolls give guests something honest and flavourful without the formality of a sit-down meal.
From 5 PM onwards, the kitchen shifts gear. The clay ovens take centre stage and the evening menu leans into tandoor-grilled specialties, rich curries and sharing plates worth lingering over. Standouts include Mushroom Tikka, Lamb Seekh Kebab and Chicken Tikka Kandhari in a mild pomegranate yogurt sauce.
Main courses cover the full range without compromise. Plant-based dishes include the smoky Baingan Bharta and classic Palak Paneer, while meat options run from Butter Chicken in a creamy tomato-cashew sauce to the slow-cooked depth of Laal Mas mutton curry. Throughout both services, the menu is anchored by timeless staples such as Chaat, Biryani, fresh Breads and Rice, Desserts, and traditional Raita and Salad.
Leading the kitchen is Chef Jeevraj Singh, whose culinary journey began in his grandmother's kitchen in Rajasthan. Since then, he has cooked in royal palaces, led kitchens around the world and brought his skills to Karma destinations from India to Germany. His food tells stories, rooted in tradition yet shaped by everywhere he has been.
