Sudamala Resorts is pleased to introduce Paradise Uncorked, a new wine campaign in collaboration with Hatten Wines, Indonesia's pioneering winery. The campaign invites guests to discover Sudamala's destinations through a curated wine journey, celebrating a homegrown Balinese wine of premium, international standing.
Rooted in each island's character, Paradise Uncorked weaves wine naturally into the guest experience, from a welcoming glass on arrival to sunset tastings, private in-villa moments and wine-paired dinners.

“Wine has always had a way of bringing people together,” said I Wayan Suwastana, Commercial Director of Sudamala Resorts. “With Paradise Uncorked, we wanted experiences that feel natural to how our guests travel with us, unhurried, personal and connected to place. Together with Hatten Wines, we offer another way to discover the islands we call home.”
Sip & Stay
A half-bottle of Hatten wine welcomes guests booked in Villa or premium Suite categories on arrival, alongside a curated Hatten wine list across participating outlets. The experience includes a USD 30 wine-pairing dining credit, a private 30-minute Sundowner tasting, and a half-board dinner paired with a glass of wine, each moment set to the relaxed rhythm of island living.

Island Wine Dinner
A four-course dinner fully paired with Hatten wines, opening with a sparkling aperitif and continuing through three courses, each matched to its own wine. Sudamala's food and beverage team shares the story behind every bottle, and guests take home a tasting card as a keepsake. Held weekly in Sanur, Senggigi, and Labuan Bajo.
The Sommelier Selection
For a more private indulgence: an in-villa tasting of three selected wines with curated bites, a wine journey card, and a co-branded Sudamala × Hatten gift box. For stays of three nights or more, the journey extends to an eight-wine tasting with a cheese platter and a complimentary villa minibar featuring two half-bottles of Aga Red and Aga White.

With Paradise Uncorked, two Indonesian brands come together, one rooted in hospitality, the other in the vineyard, inviting guests to slow down, savor the moment, and discover another side of paradise.
