Negroni Week in Seminyak

Beach Bar at Alila Seminyak invites guests to celebrate Negroni Week 2026, taking place from 21 to 27 September 2026. The annual global event brings together bars, restaurants, and cocktail enthusiasts to celebrate the Negroni, one of the world’s most iconic cocktails.

Set along the Petitenget Beach, the breezy Beach Bar captures the essence of laid-back Bali. Guests can settle into a comfortable daybed or lounge chair while enjoying crafted cocktails, oceanfront bites, live entertainment, and the sound of the waves. For this year’s Negroni Week, Beach Bar at Alila Seminyak has prepared five Campari-based cocktails that bring together timeless recipes and creative flavors.

The special menu features the Classic Negroni, a timeless combination of Campari, gin, and sweet vermouth. Guests can also discover the Chocolate Negroni, which adds a rich and modern character to the original recipe. The selection continues with the Ameroni, a distinctive cocktail created for guests looking to try a different expression of Campari.

Completing the menu are the Classic Americano, known for its lighter and refreshing profile, and the Campari Spritz, a vibrant choice suited to Bali’s warm evenings by the beach. Each cocktail has been carefully prepared to highlight Campari’s signature bittersweet flavor while offering a different drinking experience.

Available at IDR 220,000++ per glass, the Negroni Week cocktail selection can be enjoyed throughout the event at Beach Bar. Guests are invited to explore the full menu, discover new interpretations of Campari cocktails, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Alila Seminyak. From Friday to Sunday, live entertainment adds to the vibrant beachfront atmosphere, setting the perfect mood for a memorable sundowner.
