Available daily, the menu offers guests an authentic local dining experience featuring traditional Indonesian dishes, regional specialties, and flavors inspired by Indonesia's culinary heritage.

According to I Kadek Budiarta, Chef of Djaman Doeloe Bali, the menu was created to introduce guests to the flavors of classic Indonesian home cooking while evoking a sense of nostalgia.

Every dish is freshly prepared and served daily to ensure quality and consistency. Djaman Doeloe Bali also offers traditional beverages that complement the dining experience, including Temulawak, a classic Indonesian bottled herbal drink made from Java turmeric extract. Soda Gembira, a popular Indonesian drink made with soda water, sweetened condensed milk, syrup, and ice.
Nasi Campoer Djaman Doeloe is inspired by the concept "Dine Like a Local. Good Old Days on a Plate." The menu is designed to introduce guests to Indonesian culinary traditions that have been passed down through generations while providing a warm, authentic, and meaningful dining experience.
