According to I Kadek Budiarta, Chef of Djaman Doeloe Bali, the menu was created to introduce guests to the flavors of classic Indonesian home cooking while evoking a sense of nostalgia.
“Through Nasi Campoer Djaman Doeloe, we aim to offer an authentic and nostalgic journey through Indonesia’s culinary heritage. Every dish is freshly prepared and served daily to ensure quality and consistency. We hope this menu appeals to both domestic and international visitors seeking to experience the richness of Indonesian cuisine,” said I Kadek Budiarta.

Djaman Doeloe Bali also offers traditional beverages that complement the dining experience, including Temulawak, a classic Indonesian bottled herbal drink made from Java turmeric extract. Soda Gembira, a popular Indonesian drink made with soda water, sweetened condensed milk, syrup, and ice.
