Set within the resort’s signature pan-Asian restaurant, this thoughtfully curated evening brings together authentic flavors and cultural traditions from across the archipelago.
The experience begins from the moment guests arrive, welcomed with Mewacik, a traditional royal hand-washing ritual. More than just a gesture, it marks a gentle transition into the evening, setting the tone for a dining experience that is both immersive and meaningful.
As the evening unfolds, guests can enjoy a variety of Indonesian dishes while taking in the graceful rhythms of traditional Balinese dance, performed live in the elegant setting of Kwee Zeen. The combination of flavors, culture, and atmosphere creates a dining experience that feels both vibrant and refined.
Kuliner Nusantara is available every Wednesday and Sunday from 6 PM to 10:30 PM, priced at IDR 588,000++ per adult and IDR 294,000++ for children aged 6 to 12 years.
