Saturday nights in Sanur are getting a new reason to linger as Pizzaria at Hyatt Regency Bali debuts its Italian Kitchen Party, bringing the energy of an Italian evening market to the resort’s garden with live cooking, cocktails, entertainment, and plenty to keep the night going.
The evening takes inspiration from the atmosphere of an Italian market, with warm lights, market-style setups, and chefs preparing dishes throughout the garden. Guests can move between the different stations, watch the cooking unfold, or settle in for dinner while the action continues around them.
One of the evening’s highlights is the Live Risotto Show Cooking, where chefs prepare risotto fresh from the pan before a signature bell rings to signal that it is ready to be served. Throughout the evening, chefs also make their way around the garden with freshly prepared cakes, adding a warm, personal touch to the experience.
For those starting the night with a drink, the Beverage Journey brings cocktails directly to the table. A bartender trolley makes its way around the restaurant, with selected cocktails prepared in front of guests. Later in the evening, the Bartender Flair Show takes over with a fire-filled performance, adding another moment of excitement to the night.
Families can also enjoy the evening together, with a dedicated Kids Corner featuring interactive games and chef hats for children. While the little ones have their own space to play, parents can settle in for dinner and drinks.
Set within the gardens of Pizzaria, the Italian Kitchen Party offers a new way to spend Saturday in Sanur. From risotto prepared in front of guests to cocktails mixed tableside and a fire-filled bartender performance, the experience brings food, drinks, and entertainment together.
The Italian Kitchen Party takes place every Saturday at 6.30 PM – 9.30 PM at Pizzaria, Hyatt Regency Bali.
