As the sun sets over Sanur’s coastline, Hyatt Regency Bali invites guests to rediscover the joy of dining by the sea with its newly refreshed Beach BBQ this summer, an elevated beachfront experience that combines live-fire cooking, island-inspired flavors, and an atmosphere designed for memorable evenings under the stars.
Taking place four evenings a week, the new Beach BBQ experience introduces a refreshed setup, enhanced menus, signature beach BBQ fire pits, and a new lineup of live entertainment, creating a more dynamic way to enjoy dinner along Sanur’s iconic shoreline.
Each evening brings a different culinary theme, celebrating the diverse dining journey of the Indonesian archipelago. Every Sunday and Monday, guests can indulge in Nusantara BBQ, featuring a selection of dishes inspired by Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage and traditional local spices. Meanwhile, every Wednesday and Friday, Island Fire & Surf BBQ highlights the best of land and sea, combining freshly grilled premium seafood selections and bold flavors prepared over open flames.
More than just a dining experience, Beach BBQ invites guests to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures of an evening by the ocean. Live cooking stations bring the energy of the grill closer to the table, while vibrant entertainment of dances and performances, the glow of the fire pits, and the sound of the waves create a relaxed beachfront atmosphere for families, couples, and friends.
Set along Hyatt Regency Bali’s beachfront, the Summer Beach BBQ celebrate the resort’s connection to Sanur’s coastal charm, offering guests a place to gather and create unforgettable moments by the scenic Sanur Beach.
Beach BBQ Nights are available every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings at Hyatt Regency Bali, from 6.30 PM – 10.00 PM.
