Then, delve into a selection of appetizers that showcase the diversity of Indonesian cuisine, including Rawon Sapi (beef black soup), Gado Gado (mixed vegetable salad), and the main courses Nasi Sela and Nasi Goreng Teri (Cassava rice and fried rice with anchovies) from Medan, Rendang Sapi (Beef rendang) from Padang, Ayam Betutu and Sayur Singkong (Betutu chicken and cassava leaves), Plecing Kangkung (spicy water spinach), and a trio of satay – Sate Lilit (minced fish satay), Sate Sapi (beef satay), and Sate Ayam (chicken satay).
