As we welcome the month of August, Amici by Enrico Bartolini invites guests to explore the rich flavors of Italy through a curated selection of indulgent offerings and special collaborations.
This month, the highlight of the menu includes the delightful pasta dish, Spaghetti Rape e Cozze, and a refreshing cocktail, Tropical de Coco. Amici by Enrico Bartolini is also excited to announce two special collaborations this month. The first one is with Padma Ubud on August 9, 2025, and another with Andaz Bali, by Hyatt, on August 26, 2025. In addition, guests can enjoy an Italian culinary experience by crafting their own artisanal pizza with the “Pizza a Modo Tuo” program, or participate in a hands-on Pasta Class.
Embark your culinary journey with Amici's Dish of the Month: Spaghetti Rape e Cozze. This delightful dish is crafted with Liguori "Spaghettoni" Quadrati, black mussels, and is topped with turnip tops and stracciatella cheese, priced at IDR 230,000++.
To complement your meal, try our Cocktail of the Month, Tropical de Coco. This refreshing drink features a blend of light rum, coconut liqueur, pineapple, elderflower, lemon, cranberry, and coconut foam, expertly crafted to perfection and available for IDR 170,000++.
This month, Amici by Enrico Bartolini has a special collaboration with Padma Resort Ubud. For one night only, on Saturday, August 9, 2025, Head Chef Alessandro D’amico will present his exclusive dishes, Ravioli alla Vaccinara and the irresistible Filetto al Gorgonzola. The event will take place at the Pool Café and Bar at Padma Resort Ubud, starting at 6:30 PM. Moreover, another collaboration takes place at Andaz Bali, by Hyatt, as our Head Mixologist, Buda, will have a Bar Takeover at Fisherman’s Club on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
In Seminyak, Amici by Enrico Bartolini invites guests to deepen their connection to Italian culinary traditions with two delightful weekly experiences. Every Tuesday, “Pizza A Modo Tuo”, meaning “Pizza Your Way” , lets guests craft their own artisanal pizza from a curated selection of premium toppings. Priced at IDR 250,000++ per pizza, each order includes a beer or soft drink, offering a satisfying way to enjoy Italy’s beloved classic dish.
For those who want to explore Italian cuisine more intimately, Amici by Enrico Bartolini also hosts a hands-on Pasta Class every Tuesday. Priced at IDR 500,000++ per person, this experience guides participants through the exciting process of making pasta from scratch, followed by a sit-down lunch featuring their handmade creation and a selection of the Chef's best.
