Crafted by Alila’s culinary artisans, the Easter Brunch presents a vibrant tapestry of seasonal creations, from artisanal breads and pastries to elegant egg classics, garden-fresh selections, and indulgent local interpretations. Highlights include Chef Uri’s 12-year culture sourdough paired with stracciatella and candied lemon, egg tartlet crowned with Sturia caviar, and the coal-roasted Catch of the Day, served with chickpeas braised in tomato sambal, a refined expression of our Local Flavor Twist.
A decadent dessert finale completes the celebration, featuring whimsical Easter creations such as The Egg with coconut mousse and mango core, Bunny Garden crafted with 70% dark chocolate andraspberry coulis, and a tropical pavlova layered with vanilla cream, mascarpone, and seasonal berries.
