At the heart of each pizza is dough prepared with care and rested for 48 hours using a natural fermentation process, finished with a refined tomato sauce and authentic mozzarella cheese. Guests can select up to five toppings from a refined list that includes bresaola, stracciatella cheese, grilled zucchini, Cotto ham, zucchini flowers, artichokes, anchovies, and more.
