Savor the likes of Chimney-Smoked Octopus Confit, Binchotan-Toasted Bluefin Tuna Sashimi, Josper-baked Lobster Thermidor with Sterlet Caviar and wild garlic, Chorizo-Stuffed Scallops on the Half Shell, Green Peppercorn and Cognac Prawns over Wagyu Rump Steak, and more. This exquisite dinner is priced at IDR 2,300,000++ per person, including a complimentary glass of wine, with a minimum booking of two guests.
