Under the expertise of Chef Alex Kuan, this exclusive culinary experience features an array of meticulously festive dishes that highlight the richness and diversity of Chinese cuisine.
Chef Kuan kicks off his set menu with a premium salmon Yee Shang with smoked duck in crunchy golden rice, symbolizing prosperity and togetherness, followed by Braised Fish Lip with assorted seafood in deep sea fish bone soup, that harmonizes the delicate flavors of premium seafood in a rich, nourishing broth. The experience continues with the indulgent Wok-fried Tiger Prawn with Butter Golden Sand, where succulent prawns are wok-fried to golden perfection and coated in a buttery blend. Adding a touch of tangy excitement, the Deep-fried Fish Snapper Fillet with Assam Curry Sauce offers a crispy texture paired with an aromatic, spiced curry.
The centerpiece of the menu is the Braised 8 Treasure Roasted Chicken with Leek in Cantonese Style, a tender and flavorful chicken dish infused with the essence of traditional Cantonese cooking. For spice enthusiasts, the Wok-fried Beef Fillet with Scallion in Szechuan Malak Sauce delivers bold and vibrant flavors with every bite. The menu also features the comforting Wok-fried Glutinous Rice with Assorted Chinese Sausage, Honey Barbeque Pork, and Vegetables served in clay pot, a fragrant medley of savory ingredients served in an authentic clay pot.
