Lunar New Year 2025 is fast approaching, and no celebration would be complete without the vibrant tradition of lion dance performances. The rhythmic beat of drums and cymbals creates a festive atmosphere, perfect for welcoming the Lunar New Year. Travelers in Bali can experience a dazzling Lion Dance performance at the Lobby of Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay on January 28, 2025. The Resort’s General Manager, Randy Shimabuku, will begin the ceremony by dotting the lion's eyes, followed by receiving an orange as part of the blessing ritual. Guests can join in the fun as the lions collect lettuces and angpaos during the performance.
Lunar New Year Buffet at Taman Wantilan Restaurant
The dance will lead from the Lobby to Taman Wantilan restaurant, creating a grand entrance for the Lunar New Year buffet dinner. Guests can enjoy dishes prepared fresh-to-order at nine live cooking stations, including specialties like Yee Sang, Peking duck, Singaporean chili crab, and BBQ pork—all against the stunning backdrop of Jimbaran Bay.
‘Mysterious Snake’ Cocktail at TELU Bar
Introducing the Mysterious Snake, a creation inspired by snake fruit—traditionally farmed across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Known for its scaly, reddish-brown skin, snake fruit mirrors the serpent’s exotic allure and intriguing charm. This captivating cocktail blends the rich, bold flavors of Baijiu, an ancient Chinese spirit, with the dark complexity of rum. A touch of lemon brings a sharp, refreshing bite, balanced perfectly by the smooth sweetness of honey and the creamy indulgence of coconut milk. Together, these ingredients form a concoction as layered and enigmatic, along with fresh bar bites at your favorite spot.
Available from January 29 to February 2, 2025, at TELU Bar
