This May through July, explore a vibrant new culinary experience at our resort with a special menu crafted by Executive Chef Corey Freeman. Drawing on his roots growing up in California near the Mexican border, Chef Corey brings an authentic appreciation for Mexican cuisine—flavors he knows deeply and has long admired.
Inspired by bold, vibrant Mexican dishes and reimagined to complement Bali’s tropical coastal vibe, the menu is designed to offer something truly unique. It’s a celebration of balanced flavors—spicy, smoky, fresh, and comforting—all thoughtfully prepared to bring out the heart of Mexican cooking, while remaining light and enjoyable in a beachside setting.
