Led by the Italian-born Chef Umberto Sbardella, SCUSA offers tantalizing set menu with its signature dishes such as Burrata and Tomato Crostini, savory Sea Bass in Guazzetto, and succulent Braised Lamb Shank, and buffet-style dessert to end the night on a sweet note. This special dinner is priced at IDR 750,000++ per person.
