Held weekly within the heart of the restaurant’s open kitchen, this immersive session offers more than a lesson—it offers a moment.
Designed for curious food lovers, couples, groups, or solo guests seeking something personal and tactile, the Amici Pasta Class guides participants through the elegant ritual of pasta making. Guests are welcomed into a hands-on atmosphere where tradition meets interaction—rolling, shaping, and assembling fresh pasta under the guidance of Amici’s skilled chefs.
From the first touch of dough to the final fold, every step reflects the care and simplicity at the core of Italian cuisine. The energy is convivial yet calm—flour-dusted aprons, light-hearted conversation, and the quiet joy of crafting something with your own hands.
Once the preparation is complete, the experience continues in Amici’s inviting dining area. There, each guest is served their hand-crafted pasta, plated and presented with finesse. The class also includes a curated lunch featuring sharing-style pizzas, a seasonal dessert, and coffee, tea, or soft drinks, bringing the experience full circle—from creation to indulgence.
