Rooted in the spirit of reunion, the Family Set Menu celebrates auspicious flavours and generous sharing – symbolising harmony, abundance, and good fortune for the year ahead. Each dish is carefully prepared to honour classic Chinese culinary traditions, thoughtfully reimagined with elegant presentation and balanced flavours that reflect Anantara’s commitment to authenticity and excellence.
From 13 to 22 February 2026, guests are invited to enjoy this Lunar New Year dining experience for both lunch and dinner across multiple settings. Families may choose to dine in the elegant surrounds of Kirana Restaurant, the refined atmosphere of Amerta Restaurant, or the comfort and privacy of In-Room Dining, allowing each celebration to unfold in a setting that best suits the occasion.
Designed for sharing, the menu encourages families to gather, connect, and savour each dish together.
