On 16 February 2026, guests are invited to enjoy the Seasalt Chinese New Year Buffet, a vibrant celebration that brings together Lunar culinary heritage and Balinese soul. Priced at IDR 550,000++per person, the buffet features live stations and family-style favorites, including the Smoked Coconut Charcoal Grill with prawns, fish, squid, corn-fed duck, free-range chicken, and pork belly. Festive highlights continue with Chili Crab served with golden mantou, Superior Steamed Seabass with ginger and scallion, and slow-roasted Balinese Babi Guling with lawar and crackling. The experience concludes with traditional desserts such as Tang Yuan in ginger broth, Mango Pomelo Sago, egg tarts, and Indonesian sweet treats.
As the sun dips toward the horizon on the same evening, an exuberant Lion Dance performance weaves through the resort’s beachfront, symbolizing the release of the past and the welcoming of strength and success in the year ahead. Designed for family-style enjoyment, the menu begins with a Prosperity Yee Sang, a symbolic toss believed to invite good fortune — followed by festive favorites such as Steamed Grouper, Gong Bao Chicken, and five-spice Braised Pork Knuckle. The sharing menu is priced at IDR 1,888,000 net for four guests or IDR 999,000 net for two guests.
