At Seasalt Restaurant, a pillar of Bali’s dining scene, the Easter Sunday Coastal Brunch on 5 April 2026 reflects the venue’s focus on ingredient-led cooking and innovative flavors. The experience begins with a responsibly sourced seafood selection of whole lobster, endeavor prawns, Banyuwangi oysters, flower crab, ansari clams, and green mussels on ice, alongside an oyster station with four distinct preparations. Japanese-inspired dishes include dry-aged sashimi and maki rolls, while the carving stations feature festive delicacies such as Salmon Brioche, M5 Wagyu Oyster Blade, and Smoked Charcoal Seafood.
Diners can also order dishes to their heart’s content, such as Wagyu Short Rib with Kalimantan black pepper and Crab Claw Benedict, while the dessert selection boldly proclaims that Easter is a time for sweetness. Guests can look forward to Bedugul Strawberry Cake paired with organic matcha, Simnel Cake, a traditional British Easter fruit cake, Yuzu Egg Tarts, Sakura Panna Cotta, Chocolate Truffle Eggs, and soft serve yogurt, alongside freshly baked breads and artisanal cheeses. The Coastal Brunch at Seasalt always unfolds at a leisurely pace, inviting guests to soak in the sparkling seaside atmosphere and linger into the afternoon.
Meanwhile, with its uninterrupted views of Seminyak’s coastline and chic clean lines, Beach Bar introduces a more relaxed, open-air Easter celebration. Bali’s favorite providores of burria tacos, Taco Island, will be on site for a weekend takeover on April 4 and 5. The menu offers a tantalizing selection of beef, chorizo, and shrimp tacos, alongside mini beef quesadillas, all served on crispy corn tortillas with avocado salsa.

At Spa Alila, the Easter weekend extends into a series of restorative treatments.
