With a distinguished career in the hospitality industry spanning over three decades, Oliver brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of excellence to his new role at the prestigious establishments.

Oliver's journey in hospitality has taken him across multiple continents, including Europe, Asia, the United States, and the Middle East. During this time, he developed a deep passion for culinary arts and impeccable service. Throughout his illustrious career, Oliver has established himself as a prominent leader in the Food & Beverage sector.
In 2007, Oliver Kreuzer became the Executive Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage at Mandarin Oriental Manila, a role that marked a significant step in his leadership journey. His career continued to flourish as he took on the position of Hotel Manager at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo in 2014. During his tenure, the hotel received numerous accolades, including being named the Best Tokyo Hotel by Condé Nast in 2015 and winning Best Spa in Japan from Spa Finder. Oliver’s expertise in food and beverage operations led to his roles with Marriott International, including Senior Director of Restaurants & Bars for the Asia Pacific region in 2016, and Area Director of Operations for Greater China in 2017, overseeing six prestigious luxury brands.
As General Manager, Oliver is set to lead the team at The St. Regis Jakarta with a steadfast commitment to upholding the brand's legendary heritage. Under his leadership, The St. Regis Jakarta will continue to be the premier destination for discerning travelers, embodying the cultural essence of the city.
Situated at a prime location within Jakarta’s three main business districts, the hotel offers 282 luxurious rooms, a selection of five exceptional food and beverage venues including The St. Regis Bar, two grand ballrooms, and The St. Regis Spa. The Residences at The St. Regis Jakarta, featuring 164 of the city’s most luxurious apartments and penthouses, will continue to offer the iconic St. Regis Butler service.
Outside of his professional accomplishments, Oliver is an avid supporter of Bayern Munich and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He finds balance through yoga and enjoys traveling with his wife, Jocelyn.
